About Me

My Family
Hi! I am Rachel a wife, mother of two teens and have such a passion for photography.

Since becoming a mother, I have realized the importance of capturing my families moments.  Time truly flies by once your children arrive!  I love photographing my kids playing, laughing-just being themselves, whether being good or not so nice... and I would love to capture the same little moments and memories of your family.

About Rachel Estrada Photography

My style is relaxed lifestyle photography, with very little posing because I want to capture your families being kids , running, laughing, and playing.  Sessions will last between 1 and 2 hours so that I can get to know your kids interacting in a session without feeling rushed for smiles and poses.

Rachel Estrada Photography is available to photograph families, maternity, newborns, children.  I am also available to shoot weddings.  I have over 60 weddings under my belt and I am proud of the work I do at my events.   I will only book one wedding a month so if you are interested let me know early I book up fast.

About Your Session

We will talk before your session about location, and clothing options.  For a 1-2 hour session you are permitted to change clothes as much as you like, I like a variety too!

However, if your session runs over 2 hours due to clothing changes, you will be charged $30 per half-hour over the initial session time.

Maternity clients:  It is best to book your session between 32-34 weeks pregnant, so I capture you before you feel uncomfortable and also to reduce the risk of missing out  on maternity pictures should your little one arrive early!

Newborn clients: Please contact me several months before your due date.  Sessions are best if they are done before 2 weeks of age.  After those two weeks pass, they are just not as bendy and sleepy!

Infant clients:  i suggest the following ages be considered for portraits; newborn (under 2 weeks of age), 3 months (or holding head up well when placed on belly), 6 months (or when sitting well unassisted), 9 months and one year old.
